Oracle Verrazzano

Oracle's open-source multi-cluster Kubernetes platform, GA 2021. Ravi was its founding architect: the multi-cluster architecture, the Go operator-driven control plane, and operators automating a nine-component stack through declarative CRDs. Grew to 200+ tenants; he closed its first enterprise deal at $1M and led the twenty-engineer team behind it.

llm-inference-platform

A Kubernetes control plane for LLM inference. Scales on queue depth and p95 time-to-first-token rather than GPU utilisation, because decode is memory-bound and utilisation lies. Go, Python, MIT.

agentic-adjudication-platform

Adjudication that can grant but can never refuse, because a wrong approval is reversible and a wrong refusal is not. Four guardrail layers, a hash-chained audit log, and a release gate that scores the worst of eight runs. Python, MIT.
